One has to pool together all of the family resources, know what areas are the strong areas for family profits to be generated, then take and start applying the family's skills to start generating successful profits for the family as a whole. Family resources are the things that each of the members has that contributes to the whole of the entity called a family. These <strong>things</strong> can be anything ranging from an infectious smile to something as complex as the ability to design and develop the newest high tech device available to the world today. Next comes the part of knowing where to apply these resources. In order to know which areas to apply each resource is to study and know what each resource is and how to apply it. The next thing to do is apply the resources available in each field because every resource from each member is extremely valuable to any family as a whole. There will be further information on this later.
